i was wondering if it is true? that if you eat alot during your pregnancy your baby will come out big. i ate alot when i was pregnant with my son and he came out 8 pounds. I haven't really ate alot with this pregnancy but i'm waiting to see how much she's going to way.

is it true?

No, its not.  I always eat a TON & gain 55-60 pounds per pregnancy, and my daughters were small.  One was 5 pounds, and one was 7 pounds even.

I think it's the QUALITY of what you eat more than the quantity. But that's tue, pregnant or not.

Never true for me...my babies were all the same size despite how much I ate (and one of my pregnancies I ate a lot!)
