How did you do your hair to keep it out of your way during labor?

I have hair down to my butt and if i wear it down it gets pulled and up i cant get comfotable lying down im gonna braid it and use a scarf to keep the front out of my way

how do you like to wear yours for the big day?

 Honestly that was the last thing from my mind. My mom or sister put it up for me in a messy pony tail during a contraction.

My hair is also that long. I was thinking of braiding it and putting it into a bun to keep it out of the way.

I had mine in a high bun with a headband to keep hair out of my face. I was sweating like crazy, I didn't want any hair on me. This time I'll do the same with my hair :)

I was wondering the same thing. I have shoulder length hair and there will be some serious 'headbanding' or something to keep my hair out of my face and off my neck. Drives me nuts as it is without labor!

I have no idea, my hair is currently to short to pull up all of it and it falls right out if I rest my head on anything... Hopefully by June it'll be long enough to braid or pull up

i had mine up in a clip, i did a home birth in a giant tub and my labor was only 2hr so the clip worked great and after when i got a shower i left it down
