I wouldn't say very, but yes.... Maybe not so much our immediate neighborhood and town, but the area overall

Extremely :-)

I love it really. Its so cool to live in "little India" of my city. There's a lot of very nice people and great cultural stuff going on all the time.

We live about 5 minutes from the temple and they had the most amazing fireworks on Dhaliwal. We could see them from our livingroom.

Yes, very.  I live in Long Beach, CA (so cal, still LA county).  We have 500,000 people here.

In what way,   just overall?
I think comparatively to other cities in the US it is, in general.

not at all! i live in farmington, minnesota - it's pretty obvious by the name lol! but we have a really nice two bedroom apt. and it's so much cheaper than the surrounding cities. SO and i agreed we'll be moving by the time our son starts school. we want him to grow up in a busier city that has more variety of ages and people.
