Okay Ladies, making a list for everyone, feel free to add to it.

~Spicy anything
~Tomatoes and things made with tomatoes
~Acidic juices, like orange juice
~Chocolate  :(
~Curry, pepper 
~Beef
~Soda or any carbonated beverage

... Did I miss anything?

I think you hit the nail on the head. I get heart burn from apples and salad sometimes lol

lol when i was pg i couldnt drink apple juice cus it would give me massive heartburn

How about anything! lol, even yogurt can give me heartburn with this pregnancy. I've been taking zantac, and it helps ok, I think I will try prilosec though and see if that works better.

For me, laying down even on an empty stomach triggers it...

Lol, I was sick recently, and WATER made my reflux go so crazy I was actually in the bathroom kinda sick... 

I can lay down HOURS after eating and still be on fire...

Yeah, I can't narrow it to a list. Water will give me heartburn. It was like that with my last pregnancy too. If I avoided things that gave me heartburn, I wouldn't eat or drink anything at all. I've been taking Pepcid per my doc's recommendation and I'm about to up the dose too (yes, he said it was ok).
