Did you drink green tea while pregnant?

I like my decaf green tea. But I was reading the other day and it said something about green tea making folic acid absorption harder. I am going to ask my Doc what he thinks. I know moderation is the key but I know folic acid is more important to have then my like of tea. I really have not been drinking it since I read that.

I'm not a tea drinker. I'm interested to know whether this is true or not, though.

No, it can inhibit folic acid absorption and that can result in birth defects right before or after conception
