3 days PP, Foot/leg swelling

I had my little girl on the 28th and I'm dealing with swelling in my feet and calves, I'm still in the hospital due to a C section, so my doc just says to stay hydrated and put my feet up, but is there anything else I can do?
It's not painful or hot to the touch, just annoying and a bit uncomfortable.

Ive heard its normal to have some swelling afterwards. Just do what they say, and keep your feet up and stay hydrated.

Its VERY normal. I had terrible swelling after my second c-section, my legs hurt so bad. Try rubbing them and definitely elevate them. It does get better!
