So, what qualifies as a contraction? I am getting them in my lower abdomen, which is where i had the when i was induced... I totally call it my jiggly puff... Its all jiggly and puffy LOL. Anyway, the reason i ask, they come like every 3 mins but dont last very long at all. And honestly Im not sure how to even time them. Any advice?

You might time those, they are probably contractions.

Whether they are "practice" or real labor, only time will tell.

Try contractionmaster.com.

Contractions are consistant and get worse over time....and no matter what you do weither its walking, showering, whatever you will continue to get them and they will continue to progress!
