Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield through my husband work and have never had any issues with them.

Health insurance? BCBS, they're been awesome. We have a high-deductible PPO with an HSA account, so there are few out-of-pocket expenses.

Car and homeowners, we have Progressive and I couldn't be more pleased with how our rate keeps going down.

I had Anthem BlueCross/Shield and they were fairly easy to work with.

At the first of the year, our insurance changed to United Health Care. I haven't had enough to time to decide. I am having trouble getting real cards from them, though. 8(

I'm on United Health Care through AHCCCS and I have the same problem, no cards.

I have Medica through DH's work, which I think is a pretty small company and only in a few states (MN, WI, and the Dakotas I believe). It's been pretty good so far, except since it only exists in this area, when I had to go to the ER in California it was of course way out of network :(
