I am currently almost 33 weeks. The kicks are extremely plainful. Not just uncomfrotable like with my first pregnancy but down right painful. Anyone having this problem? Is it something to worry about?

Second question. Today and previously but not as much as today I was getting a very bad stabbing pain in the front of my pelvic region. ONly way to describe it: As if a knife was cutting up the front of me starting in the bottom front vaginaly area. Anyone have this problem or know what it might be caused by?

this pregnancy kicks have been much more painful for me as well... i'm thinking it's due to a difference in placenta and baby's location

i have those pains too... my doctor mentioned the hormone relaxin -which works to allow the bones and stuff to spread for delivery... it might be that?

It sounds like it could be SPD. Check out this link...

As far as the painful kicks, it's probably because of the way the placenta and baby are laying...
