Im expecting my first child and im excited about the whole process. Im 11wks pregnant. My question is how many months/weeks do you have to be to hear my babies heart beat?

 it's not always guaranteed this early but you should be able to by now if the doctor uses a doppler

Congratulations!!  Dr's can usually find the baby's heartbeat at the point you're at in your pregnancy using a doppler - the most amazing sound ever :)

I heard my baby's heart beat at 7 weeks  when I had my first ultrasound to confirm my pregnancy.

Depends on how the baby is laying in the womb... usually it can be heard between now and 12 weeks.... :)

I am used about 20 weeks.
But there are ways to hear it earlier.

My doctor won't try with a doppler until 12 weeks. But I have heard of people hearing it earlier.

i heard my babies heart beat at 6 weeks 2 days this is my first baby as well

Should beable to hear it by 10 wks but if u don't now worries I didn't hear ds til 18 wks
