Burned Rubber/Plastic

I am 28 weeks pregnant and accidentally dried an athletic jacket with a rubber zipper and platsic fasteners in the dryer.  Of course the heat burned the rubber and plastic some, but I didn't notice when it was hanging in my closet.  After wearing it for about 4 hours, I finally realized where the burnt smell was coming from and took it off.  However, I am really scared that the burnt plastic/rubber released VOCs into the air that harmed the baby (it was just hanging in my open bedroom closet for days and I wore it for half a day).  Does anyone know anything about this issue?  Anyone been exposed to burned plastic or rubber while pregnant?

Thanks so much!

I would think that you would be ok because people burn their car tires outside on the pavement and we inhale that smell.... I would either research online or call the doctor just to be safe.

I wouldn't think that a small amount like that would harm anything.
