I'm 36 weeks today and at my doc appt yesterday he said I was at 1cm.  Since I've technically started dilating, is it still safe to have sex?  i don't believe I've lost any of my plug, yet.  I forgot to ask my doc about it...

We did it!  We did it!
After 16 months of TTC, we finally got our BFP!!!

It's safe until your water breaks.

My dr never told me against it and I was at 1cm for many weeks. But to be on the safe side, you might want to use protection and then call on Monday.

She's already pregnant! ;).

As long as the water hasn't broken, you're free to have as much fun as you can :)

Understandable.

The bag o' water is sterile and until that breaks, sex won't be any concern.

We do...baby is well protected :). During pregnancy, I made it a habit to urinate after sex and clean up. Not sure why. My doc told me after my last uti...so far no issues with it again.
