I'm miserable!
Ds just started school and brought the germies home with him!
Coughing, sneezing, extreme sore throat, congestion...
My lymph nodes are all swollen and puffy and my ears hurt.
What's safe to take at 31 weeks?

Honey will help with the coughing and sore throat. Take a teaspoon for the cough and add it to tea for the throat. Go to safefetus.com to find what drugs are saf3 and what aren't. Or ask your pharmicist. I'm pretty sure psuedafed is safe for the congestion. Use a humidifier as well. Should help with throat and congestion. And tylenol helps with aches and pains.
