Would You Be Offended?

When I had Nicolai a few weeks ago he was taken to the nursery for his first bath and daddy went with him so I could close my eyes for a little bit. I guess two nurses were talking about how round his head was and the one said "you can tell he's not a first." SO was (and still is) a bit offended by this comment. I think it's tasteless, but i'm definitely not offended by it. Would you be?

What on earth does that even mean? My first had a very round little head. Those nurses have no idea what they are talking about!

I probably wouldn't be all that offended. Then again, I am still slightly irritated that my nurse rolled her eyes at me when I was in labor so...

My first born had a perfectly round head because he didn't move down at all until my water broke at 10cm, so he spent only a few minutes in the birth canal. That was an ignorant and rude comment, but I wouldn't be too worried about it

Nope, I wouldn't be offended. Lots of first babies have a cone head but after your hips have widen as they do with childbirth and getting older then it stands to reason that the next would have a more round head.

Maybe a little tasteless to mention... LOL
