I think it's great :) but talking to docs etc it's not a time to push yourself but to maintain and stay active. prenatal yoga is awesome and helps keep you streached and flexible. I love it :)

I try to work out as much as possible before 20 weeks because I always start having contractions around then and I KNOW I won't do it after that, lol.

If you already worked out it is great. Just starting during pregnancy isn't so great.

I walked 3miles a week prior to pregnancy...I plan to keep it up and lift my 3-5lbs to tone up the arms.

If you normally workout/exercise then continuing during pregnancy isn't harmful, just don't overdo it.
I just try to stay active.
