Is this normal? TMI warning

I can't remember because it's been so long since I had my first child, but the last few days I've been losing what appears to be small pieces of my mucus plug. They're thick and white-ish, but they're not streaked with blood or anything. I'm 35 weeks, so I don't know if it's too early to start losing little pieces of it or not.

I dont remember ever experiencing losing mine with my other kids, but from what I understand you can lose it at that time and it does not have to be streaked with blood. The blood streaks would be your bloody show which is something completely different and could or could not occur with losing your mucus plug. Did that make sense? lol....I hope so. You can google them both and get some pretty good info  ((:

If I remember correctly it was about 36 weeks well I lost my plug so you should be just fine. It just means the baby is coming. Oh and my son was 2 weeks late

I lost mine here and there but labor never started until my water broke which was weeks after I lost my plug,

I never lost mine, but it can regenerate so don't worry about it.  =)

I wasn't all that worried, just wanted to double check.
