I wanted to buy some eggnogg today and it's my favorite around the holidays but I heard that being pregnant you're not supposed to drink it ? true or no ? and im talking about the regular non-alcholic one.

Idk for sure but I think its a no. I watched them make it food network and it has raw egg in it. Good luck

I've never liked it but I love the food network and I was watching Alton Brown make some. I had no idea before then how it was made. Id ask a doctor forsure but the thought of raw egg my guess is not a good idea

I always buy the pasterized kind. My doctor said a little bit here and there was fine.

As long as its not homemade, it's non alcoholic, and it's pasteurized you are fine to drink it! I have been wanting some..I need to go to the store and get some!!
