Ive been having early contractions since 22 weeks. Im 25 now and havent dialted (thank god) I was looking up information and i read that because i am only 17 i have a higher chance of delivering early. I was born at 30 weeks and was wondering does anyone know if that increases the chances of my baby being early too?
No, not really.
And LOTS of women contract super early on. They're called Braxton Hicks : ) Since you're not dialating, it's really no big deal and no reason to think you'll deliver early.
Your premature birth really shouldn't have any baring on your pregnancy
My dr said they are not Braxton hicks because they are to regular and she doesnt think ill make it past 35 weeks tops.

Rude? Thats the statistic under 18 and over 30. It doesnt mean EVERY baby will be, just you have a higher chance.

That makes no sense... my mother had me at 15 and had a perfect baby and 1 week past DD... you're reading the wrong stuff.

Eh, your doc doesn't really have any idea. Theres no reasont to think you wouldn't make it past 35 weeks, especially since you're not dialating at all. Heck, some women even dialiate early AND contract and still go on to have full term babies.
I wouldn't put too much stock into what your doc is saying.
Drink lots of water, eat healthy and do the best you can mama! Hope your pregnancy goes smoothly from here on out : )

i had a friend who was dilated to 6cm before she even went into labor! but anyways since you arent dilated then you shouldnt stress over it... take it easy thru ur pregnancy since you've bene contracting already.. make sure you're getting plenty of fluids and lots of rest! stay off your feet as much as you can and you will probalby go into labor full term..
GL!!
