I'm almost 7 weeks pregnant and my back is killing me. It's so hard for me to fall asleep because it hurts so bad. Does anyone have any ideas that might help?

My doctor said to take Tylenol pm. I just take one, it helps with the pain and the sleep all at the same time. (you can take two though, I just take one cuz I also have a 19 month old to get up with at night)

Chiropractor. If you can go during your whole pregnancy it will help so much. Also warm baths, heating pads on low heat, things like that. Hang in there!

I'll second this!

I don't feel good. :( I think its from the heat. I'm bright red and my head is pounding. :( Not good.

Once u get the pain under control, if ur still having issues sleepig, try melatonin (talk to ur dr first). It did wonders for me.

I am 14 weeks along and I had the same issues. I still have the back pain but now it is more in my hips and butt. (So much fun) I placed a somewhat sturdy pillow half under my back at night to keep me 1/2 pushed up to my side and one between my knees. That seemed to help me get comfortable enough to sleep and still works for me. It took the pressure off my hips and back. Hope you find something that works for you soon!

I sleep with a pillow between my knees.  My back isn't so bad I can't sleep, but I am going to start seeing my husbands chiropractor here soon to hopefully avoid that.
