Okay so its 2:23a here and I'm awake
You ask why
Well here's my problem
The last two nights and all day everthing from the knee down is hurting
I have the constant shin splint feeling and my feet are so sore from being swollen
My knees feel like they have been hit with hammers
I've tried tylenol heat...idk what to do
Advice??

I don't feel good. :( I think its from the heat. I'm bright red and my head is pounding. :( Not good.

Ice worked for my shin splints. Wrapping them with ace bandages so they have some support might help too.

My massage theriapist told me a good way to help with swelling was to get 2 buckets of water, one warm and one cool, then switch your legs on and off from hot to cool and it would help. I have not tried this but it seems like it would work. Also just try to stretch your legs or prop them on a pillow :) Feel better!

talk to your doctor....that sounds more serious than basic swelling etc. I never got shin splints but i did get cramped calves and eating bananas works well for that(potassium)

I would talk to your doctor! Better to be safe than sorry :) That's what my midwives always told me. I hope you are feeling better soon.
