blood clot

Today I was working pulling some merchandise. When I went to the restroom I peed normal but with a little discharge but it was burgundy like a blood clot. I am 5 weeks, has that happened to anyone????

No, I did have implantation bleeding but that was pretty subtle. 
Have you noticed more?  Or other things, cramps, more blood?
