BUMP I have pelvic pain and my midwife wants me to see the chiropractor at the birthing center she said she would be able to help me. Have you tried that?

Sounds like you over did it a little- I'd try to rest and take it easy for a few days and see if that helps.

A chiropractor is a great idea as well.

Sorry you are in so much pain!  :(

Chiropractor should help a lot, I thought I had pain with my first that dr said was sciatic pain but realized it was SPD later on, if I overdo it on lifting or general overdo it I get pain that feels like my hip is popped out and have almost fallen to the floor because of it before.  Subsequent pregnancies for me have each been a little better.

Let us know how it goes. With all my pregnancy's my sciatic nerve acts up and I also have SPD. With my second it was the worst. For two weeks I could not move a cm with out being in pain and crying. So we added a massage therapist and wow that help a lot.

So with my third I did both and it was better then it was with first.
