It burns! Piog

So not last night, but the night before when I got up in the middle of the night to pee, I noticed a teeny bit of blood when I wiped. It freaked me out for a second then I realize it was coming from the outside, so I wasn't as worried.  It was still happening a little yesterday, but only when I irritated it by wiping when going to the bathroom. I'm mostly just very irritated down there. It feels raw on the outside and burns if i wipe too hard, but actually peeing and whatnot doesn't bother me.  Anyone else know what it could be? I don't really have any more discharge than normal or anything.
