I feel your pain, I have had this since I was about 18 weeks, I am 32 weeks now.    My doctor tried giving me medicine for a yeast infection on 2 seperate occasions and that did nothing, after that they said oh its probably just hormones.  I was a little upset I hate taking any kind of medicine while pregnant, but just wanted some relief SOOO badly!

Try hydrocortisone, that sometimes works for me, otherwise sometimes just some baby powder in your underwear can help you feel a little more comfortable but the one thing that really worked for me was sticking an ice pack in my underwear for about 20 minutes when its at its worse.

Hope you start feeling better!

I have been using vagisil anti itch cream, I had it at like 20 weeks for like 6 weeks and then went away I was SOOOO happy but then it came back with a vengence now I can't even sleep I try taking a bath and it doesn't do ANYTHING I only have four more weeks until my induction hopefully it goes away then or I'm going to cry! And weirdly I prefer the burning more then the itching lol

That's why its so bad at night esp because I pee and pee and pee and then it gets empty and its SOOOO awful! When I wake up. I also have bladder issues, like my bladder issues I have had for about 2 years non stop its some type of cytitis its uncurable and sooo my bladder basically always has to be full I just wish my body wouldn't hate me lol.
