Usually i take tums. But i know this will sound crazy but ricola cough drops get rid of heart burn. the honey and herb!

Tums but you aren't supposed to take them with your prenatals and that's when it's the worst

Milk and Do NOT lay down!!!! The acid will come up your throat. *5 yrs of GERD & Stomach Ulcer* if its bad enough and milk tums mylanta nothing will help get on zantac or prilosect.

My dr has me on prilosec orc, and if it gets to bad Pepcid ac is a life saver.
