18 weeks and severe hip/pelvic pain?

I was getting up off my couch earlier and felt/heard something pop, It felt like something in my pelvis. It now hurts like hell to walk, almost feels like something is grinding. Carrying my kids to bed had me nearly in tears. If its still like this in the morning I will be giving my midwifes office a call, but in the meantime was hoping someone might have an idea of what's going on, and hopefully a way to help!

Maybe you pinched something. Try ice for 10 mins then heat for 10 Mina to see f that helps any.
I had the worst hip pain while pregnant a d started seeing a chiropractor and it did wonders. Good luck.

I usually took a warm bath or shower when that happened.  I agree--maybe see a chiropractor or even a massage therapist?  I have also heard the belly support bands to help ease the pressure.  Hope it gets better for you.
