Has anyone taken any belly pictures and somehow incorperating baby's name?
For my last pregnancy I took one photo every week starting at 20 weeks, and it's so nice to have to the baby book.
This time I want to do something a little more creative. I was thinking about using letter blocks and spelling baby's name by my belly or something.
Has anyone done this? I want to see some cute ideas!
Show me your cute or creative belly shots!! With or without baby's name. Just looking for ideas, thanks :)
The blocks are a bit overdone, Danie. Why not have the other kids paint baby's name on your belly?
Ive seen the blocks one and I thought it was super cute! I havent incorporated any names into my past belly pics.

I worked at a portait studio for a while, and I thought of some really cute stuff I wanted to do when I got pregz myself!! Now that I am I am avidly avoiding the camera at all costs, regardless on if it is of the belly or not!! Feel free to use these ideas!
1.) Baby shoes on the belly. Stand at an angel where the majority of you is facing forward, but still to the side, add adorable newborn shoes (I've used vans, sandles, cute adorable shiny baby girl maryjanes, those socks that still have the fake feet in them) Looks even better in black and white with a dark shading around it!
2.) Footprint on belly. With your hubs or your own (if you are skilled with upside down stamping) hand make a baby foot print on your belly with ink. Like so::
Step one: Ball your hand into a tight fist. Hold your pinky as close into your palm as possible.

Step 2 : Press hand firmly into ink pad. I Roll my hand back and forth a bit.

It should end up looking like this:

Press hand on paper. Don't roll back and forth, but do press down hard, I sometimes use my other hand to smush it down.

It should look like this:

Use your fingers (it's better with a pinky size wise, but sometimes its hard to control that sucker!) to make the toes. Close the better, but this was a funky fredstone baby I suppose

I think I might try this and see how it turns out
