So Wednesday I had a gush of blood okay whatever it was dark red big whoop probably just from my SCH getting irritated. Went in dr thought that or cervix irritated from nonstop contractions. Now I just had another gush a minute ago and it was even darker red. I'm waiting to see if it happens again. Why does this always happen when my hubs isn't here to see it. Has anyone ever had this happen?
I'm 39 wks

Yikes.. any pain or cramping? You really shouldn't be having such heavy bleeding this close to being full term. Is the SCH on the more severe side?

I've been having contractions since last Friday every 3 min. It's been torture and because of my lack of progress I'm being induced Tuesday. It was pretty bad but at 34 wks when I had my ultrasound for my preterm labor they said it was healed up except a very small spot. With the contractions I can't really tel, about the cramping because I'm so exhausted and sore everywhere but things are more painful today

In that case, try taking a nice warm bath. Just relax and get a little rest, even if you can't sleep right now.

Is the blood runny or more mucousy?
