I don't like the baby slings. I thought about getting one for my 2nd baby who is due in April..but I just feel like it would make her feel like she is being held more than I want her to.

I obviously want to hold my baby lol, so let me try to explain a tad bit better. My son at 1 month old was able to hold himself up, and that was because I made sure he had lots of tummy time. I wanted him to be independent.

I think the sling would entice me to put her in it more often than I would have her up next to me if I didn't have it...

2 moms liked this
Cribs. It's unnatural to make a confused, defenseless infant sleep alone in a cage in a dark room. Babies belong snuggled up safely in mommy's warm bossom. [:

Is there a point where you feel it is okay to put them in a crib?

I like everything that we have for our baby. If choosing something that i'd never buy, hmmm... a boppy. I'd get no use out of one.

Formula. I had a couple of boxes come in the mail and from the doctor's office and friends. My son is a year old and they are still up in the closet, unopened. I was tempted at one point, but I brought it down and read the ingredients and just couldn't do it.

Wipe warmer: here honey have some nice warm wipes on your butt

Next day at the grocery store... I'm sorry that the wipes are cold, they don't make a portable wipe warmer!! (said as the poor little baby screams)

I think they are pointless!

I generally like everything we have, but our pack n play/bassinet is pointless because we bedshare.

I like everything but the bumbo was a waste of money. It just made ds1 really mad.

I agree with her. I will respond with my opinion. Lol My kids go from my bed to their own. If theyre small enough to need a crib, theyre too small to sleep alone.
