Glyburide. My blood sugar was 71 in am ( has been 79-95 at the top) and 94 after breakfast( has been anywhere between 94-120 at the top) Seems to be working just curious if anyone else is using it?

I know a few women here who have used it. Was diet control not bringing your numbers to a normal number?

I had normal numbers besides 14 of them, but doc didnt like they were right at the top of the scale. He is doing nst and an ultrasound to. Im doing what i have to for my daughter. After being told i couldnt have kids that i could try clomid but they didnt see it working and after 3 rounds getting pregnant then developing gd ive followed the diet and make sure to walk, diabetes also runs in both dh and my family

I was on Glyburide for my first pregnancy, and then during my entire pregnancy this time (until yesterday when I was put on insulin).
Most OBs want fasting blood sugar UNDER 95, and then for blood sugars 2 hours after meals to be under 120.
If you have any questions, I'm a freakin expert at this point :/

No, no major side effects. It's better for you than something like metformin because it works with your kidneys, not against it like some diabetic meds can.
