I am wondering if anyone has done Prenatal Yoga? I am thinking about it. I have been having some major back pain (not new just worse since getting PG) and I know before I got PG doing yoga stretches helped it.

I never did during either of my pregnancies.

I did some regular yoga during my last pregnancy to help with some of my pains. It did help some. I'm also seeing a chiropractor now since the pregnancy did so much damage to my pelvis and back.

I did prenatal Pilate's, and that really seemed to help things- not sure about yoga, but they are along the same lines.

Yoga is awesome for relieving back. Prenatal yoga poses bring ease and relief to common pregnancy discomforts and prepares and trains the body for labor so I hope it works out and you can find a prenatal yoga class in your area, or check out http://www.birthingwithyoga which is an online course with prenatal yoga and workshops to help you prepare for labor and speedy recovery. Best to you.
