Diflucan? (maybe TMI)

I was wondering if it was ok to take diflucan while pregnant and nursing? I think I may have a yeast infection and have some, however I wasn't sure if it was safe to take. I haven't seen my Dr yet, I have my first appointment in two weeks. TIA

You are pretty early so you probably shouldn't take it. It isn't recommended during pregnancy anyway.

I think it depends on the dr. A lot of women in my due date group have been prescribed diflucan while pregnant, but my dr doesn't like using it during pregnancy. He prefers Monistat.

I was prescribed it after i was done nursing, but i think i remember them verifying that i was indeed done nursing... I probably wouldn't do it.
