postpartum problems

I had a baby 3 weeks ago. My epidural failed. But the labor and delivery went great. I felt really good after. Im a caterer and started working from home after 3 days. Nothing too crazy. My daughter is now 3 weeks old and im still working. Im still bleeding though. Lightly, not enough to go to the hospital. Im still using pads. Ive been pretty tired and had backaches. I read online thaf doing too much can make you bleed longer. And that dieting too soon can make you tired. Ive been eating healthier. Should i be concerned or call my doctor? Or wait for my 6 week visit?

This, but it should be less and less. If it's heavy like a period or has a foul odor, call your doctor. It also shouldn't be bright red. It should go from bleeding like a period after delivery to a watery pink or watery brown, then yellowish or whitish. You shouldn't be passing clots at this point, either.
