i heard bio-oil was good, but only from commertials, make sure to read the labels. and my sisiter said anything with cocoa butter helped her. in general lots of water drinking and lotion applying to help your skin deal with the stretch

1 mom liked this

cant get rid of them. creams might make the skin feel better, but they wont go away. Think of them as your mama tiger stripes :) I hated mine but I am proud of them now! My body went through a drastic change to grow my family :)

I only have a few and I'm pregnant with #5.  I've tried to keep my weight down.  I only gained five pounds with my first, but I was barely 16 when I got pregnant.  I think the younger you are, the less weight you gain.  I had a really hard long labor the first time.  I don't  think my body was ready to give birth. Genetics plays a part in it too.

You can't ever actually get rid of them. But cocoa butter is good for keeping them moisturized. They will fade over time, though I've also heard mederma works well too

That's not true. A girl i went to high school with gained 90 lbs during her pregnancy..and she was a stick before hand. And I gained 22, which is normal, when I had my daughter at 16.

once you have them there is no turning back. I dont really think those creams work. However with diet and exercise I noticed mine were fading. I dont think its guaranteed they will ever truely go away but get lighter in time. embrace those scars. :) Its all worth it.
