Does anyone have experience with a placenta covering previous c section scars?

I'm 18 weeks and went in Monday for my gender u/s. I told them about the pressure I'm feeling down low and how it actually it hurts to walk after I've been sitting in a chair for 20 min or more. So she did some extra looking at my cervix. Looks good but the placenta is very low. Actually covering my previous c section scars. I've had 2 previous.
I went to see my specialist yesterday. (I'll be over 35 when baby is born) and they seen the same thing. I have to go back in 6 weeks so they can look and see if it's moved.

Now that I think about it, I feel like they weren't telling me all the details. I'm gonna ask them but what happens if it doesn't move? With my son it didn't move out of the way (he was previa) and thats what started the c sections.
Anyone know anything about this?
