If youre obese to star, only 10-15 pounds. Don't eat any extra, you'll gain 10-15 without doing anything with the increased blood, increased breast tissue, placenta, and baby itself.

This is what I have heard as well- I'd talk to your doctor about it and see what kind of recommendations they have.
