About the size of my baby's head? It just looks flat to me.........OB isn't concerned but IDK!

looks fine to me and I believe the baby's skull and all is still developing bone at 12 weeks.

Part of the baby's head was probably all nice and cushioned against the place ya. Baby's head looks fine to me.

Dont worry. the angle coudl be off. everything is still developing. if they were worried they would have sent you for more exstensive tests like a 3/4d scan, blood tests. They wont keep you in the dark because the earlier they detect anything the earlier any intervention can happen. its okay :)
