What are your rights on this? Is it good /bad, right/wrong, religious or antireligious? Do you or anyone you know have personal experience with this?

I don't think anyone would want me to be a surrogate for them because of my history with pregnancies. I guess i'm grateful for that because i really don't know if i could do it. I know i could never donate my eggs and i would never want my husband to donate sperm... they would still be our bio kids. Nothing religous, just personal. I don't have anything against anyone who choose these methods to have children though... it's great that you can find a way to have children if natural methods fail!

I am very interested in surrogacy, how did you go about it? Agency or people you know?
Quoting unspecified42:I'm a surrogate. I've had three surrogate kids as a gestational surrogate, which means I didn't use my own eggs. Currently I'm 6 weeks pregnant as a traditional surrogate (using my own egg, we did artificial insemination instead of IVF) for my sister.
What are whose rights, exactly? Obviously it's my belief that it's fine.
