Are you hydrated? Did you get water in your ears? Hows your sinus'? How long did it last? Had it happened again?

excuse my spelling but when we are pregnant our equilabrum is off. I wouldn't be overly concerned, just proceed with caution...lol.. This is my 4th pregnancy and no 2 have been the same...You'll be fine...

Do you feel nauseous? Allergies? You can have increased mucus (sinus) without being sick, and it's common in pregnancy and it could be draining into your ears causing the balance issue, thats why I asked. Hows your bp?

No other symptoms... and I was at the doctor may 2nd and they check bp and sugar and everything was fine... I thought about it draining into my ears so I'm going to sleep a little proped up tonight just incase.
