I have a female boss that is not very sympathetic to our former pregnant employees. I have heard the horror stories and her moods change daily. I am four months pregnant and I hate hiding my little blessing. How should I handle it. I don't want any additional stress due to the illness I have already had with this pregnancy. Any advice is helpful.

I was straight forward with my boss. No one that is above me has kids. I was scared to death, because I had not been there for too long, but I waited until I was 12wks. My boss isnt any different toward me since knowing. I also feel its better for you to tell your boss then her to hear it from someone else.

Well have a sit down and soon she might get mad if you wait any longer, I would explain to her you plan on working to your fullest for as long as you can and you do not plan to slack off to help reassure her. And make sure you tell her that you plan on coming back as soon as you can.
