Hello ladies, i got my first bfp on 5-6-12. I had my lmp on 4-5-12, but ovulated 5 days later than normal. Based off lmp i was 5wk5days when i went to dr on monday. Dr did U/S and said there was a small sac, well what could be a sac he said but was to early to tell. He said i definatley wasn't 5 weeks along. I know i got pregnant on 4-23-12. So he did blood work, my hcg levels came back 194 so he said i am definatley pregnant, so that had to be a sac, right? And are these levels normal early on? I have felt great, just peeing alot,fatigued,and a little naseous. I had a tubal reversal 2-23-12 so am so scared bc i got pregnant so fast after. He did say no sign of tubal or ectopic pregnancy. I go back on Monday to do another U/S and blood work im sure. What do you think????

I think, you are golden! He found the sac and doesn't feel it was ectopic. They would have a pretty good idea at this point if it was. I had an ectopic rupture in July. I would be celebrating! : )
You are still pretty early...I wouldn't worry. You seem to be right on--early ultrasound sometimes don't show much. I know the hcg levels early on can vary quite a bit. Good luck at your next appt.
