Is this normal? I don't think I ever felt this with baby number one. I also have horrible back pain. Ugh!! She better come out soon.

My menstrual cramps have always been severe. When i went into labor my contractions were only a smidge worse. The cramping and mucus plug passing were my cue. I've heard there is such a thing as back labor. I'd call doctor. Good luck!

Yep, for the most part it's normal- just make sure you are staying hydrated and take a warm bath and go ahead and give the doctor a call if after the bath and hydration they don't ease up a bit.

Tylenol, tons of water and a warm shower or bath should help!
