I wash all the blankets and sheets, beforehand.

I'll wash most before because it's all the clothes from DD so they're pre-worn and been in storage for 4 years. It's mostly 0-3 stuff. New stuff I will only wash the coming home outfit. With DD, most of what we washed ahead of time was a waste. She never fit newborn clothes, she went straight into 0-3 and was in 3-6 by 3 weeks old.

I already have the 0-3 stash and the 3-6 stash out and ready. I'm washing the 0-3 as soon as we move (in 3 weeks, baby's due in 5) and I'll have the 3-6 ready to be thrown in right away if this baby is as big as DD was.

I wash them all before so that way I can put them all in the dresser according to size.
