I have had this god awful cramp on my lower left side it hasn't gone away at all. It has dulled down some then it will pick right back up and hurt worse. I'm not preggo that I know of took a test yesterday it was negative. It freaking hurts so bad.

Maybe period coming? Sometimes I have cramps on my lower right or left.. So if I was to be pregnant I would not know because the cramps would probably be the same lol. But if your period isn't due yet wait then if it doesn't show up, wait a full week & take another test.
