With you being so early on, I would give your OB/midwife a call and go right into the L&D. It very well could be your water. Hope all is ok!
It was whitish and watery? That sounds like normal discharge to me!
During pregnancy (mostly in the third trimester), discharge can get trapped around your cervix and your body will liquify it as a way to help prevent infections. It's just your body keeping itself clean and protecting your little one. :)
Your back being tight could be the baby shifting around. Just to be sure though, put on a pad and watch it for a few hours.

It's very normal, but totally unexpected when it does happen! :)
If you start having contractions, or you start leaking more (if your water is leaking, you will know), the baby stops moving as much, or you really just sense something is off, go in to L&D. For now though, sit down with a glass of water and relax. That's all the L&D will tell you to do right now anyway most likely. If you do decide to go in, they'll do a quick swab and you'll know within 2-3 minutes if it's baby's fluid or not.

Yea I really hope so.I've had disharge the normal discharge but its always been on the thicker side never watery.the gush was a lot of clear...(kind of sticky)not the texture or smell of pee.I will just sit and see the only thing that worries me is I couldn't see leaking anymore after all that came out!

And too, if it is your water and nothing more leaks out, chances are it will seal back up. I had it seal back up with my last pregnancy around 34 weeks and it finally did the big break at 39 weeks.
