I've never heard that. Thankfully I don't get very big in my pregnancies at all.
i don't hear that either, but i tend to carry my babies like a long ways watermelon and not a basketball. i don't get big in my pregnancies either.
I carry big, I am all baby which is why. I am also short so my baby bumps are round. I know how it feels, on the positive side, I get told all the time how women wish they carried like that verses, wide, long, all over etc lol I try to think of that when people tell me I look like I'm going to pop & I tell them how much more time I have left.. as their eyes widen ;)
People need filters! I was asked by one person if I was carrying twins, I was 16 weeks & did not look like it what so ever. Just think, only 19 weeks left before they all stop! :)
Quoting HaviksMum:I'm about 21 weeks, so I have a little belly, people just think they're hilarious!
What I hated the most was, "You are huge! You are going to have a HUGE baby!". My first was almost 10 pounds so with my second pregnancy all I wanted was a smaller baby. When people would say that, it was so upsetting.
"When were you due, last month?"
^ That one still infuriates me.
Are you sure there arent twins in there... sigh. I know what you mean!
With DS I had someone ask if my timer had popped yet and than poked my belly button!
