I posted this in my ddg as well, but need opinions. Do you think taking the 3hour glucose test the next day after having failed the 1hour one a bad idea? Would it mess with the results at all you think? I personally can handle the fast and such and next week is really crazy between work and the 4th of july. My doctor would like it sometime in the next week so trying to fit a day in next week would be kinda crazy. Just not sure if would be a bad thing to do.

I can jsut go in and take it whenever no scheduling, just doctor wants it around a week. Next week i either work the night before (12 hour all nighters so definitely no fasting through them), work the night of or its the 4th of july. So either i take it tomorrow, or sunday and sunday means having to find a sub and such for teaching my church class as well as a babysitter for my kids (my husband is swamped with being on-call working this weekend). Or could try and the week after everything but just want it done and over with and know.

No it will not matter if you pass you pass if you dont you dont. At the three hour you go in after not eating before they get your baseline and give you a 100mg dexatrose drink vs the 50mg you had at your one hour and then you will be tested every hour for the next three hours

Was 141(just over the limit) with sugar in urine as well

the sugar level doesn't seem too bad, but i guess in the urine isn't good. :/ Mine was 199 at 1 hr with my son so they skipped the 3 hr all together. good luck and please update.
