I felt that way often with my last pregnancy. Make sure you are drinking enough water snack often and rest when you need to.
Yeah don't expect it to go away anytime soon. It takes a lot of energy to make a baby!
Yep I have been feeling this way since I was 5 weeks along. My doctor told me to take Vitamin B6 50mg 2x a day and unisom 2x per day for my morning sickness and what I have noticed is that if I miss my B6 dose in the am I feel completely run down, dizzy and sleepy all day. I choose to take the unisom only at night but the B6 really helps during the day with my energy level. Maybe check with your doctor to see if you could take the B6 I think it might really help you :) Also make sure to drink plenty of water that helps me too.
