Do you have a stroller?

Swimming is a good pregnancy exercise too. Or you can get a jogging stroller.

Put the baby in a stroller and head out for a little walk. I am in the same boat too. I want to lose some weight to stay healthy/get healthier through my pregnancy. Walking is the best way to go. You shouldn't really start any new work outs. I have been standing in the living room watching tv with my feet apart and move my left foot to the right then back and then my right foot to the left and then back repeat that while using 3lb weights and doing some arm curls. It is not a hard or strenuous in any ways so I think it is a ok one to do.

Wow, you sound like I used to.   lol

Nowadays I work out at home mostly, in a very tiny room lol.      You can use a stroller or a carrier and walk a few blocks a couple times/day.    Or trade with a friend or neighbor for some childcare maybe, get out on your own a bit.    Even 15 minutes.

:-)

you could get some leg weights and wear them while you clean the house. Use hand weights. While doing dishes lift one leg (bend the knee) and hold it then switch. When you do laundry put the dirty clothes on the floor and put them in the washer one at a time. Just be creative :)
