I woke up today and my hips are killin me. :( I mean like, I can barely walk or move. Even laying here is hurting.
I also have noticed a weird feeling in my vagina (sry, tmi). Its kinda like a popping feeling. I'm 20 minutes into doing my kick count (she's move 4 times in 20 minutes so not too worried) there. I also have been having some pressure down there too.
I'm not sure if I should call the on call dr or not.

Sorry, why I forgot to put that, idk! Lol. I'm 32w4d and I have been on progesterone shots to delay PTL.

Since you are already at risk for preterm labor I would go ahead and call just to be safe.

Do you have SPD?    Or did you have it in the past?
Is that popping sound like rubber balloons against each other or a feeling like bones?
Has your baby "dropped"?

Sounds like symphysis pubic distinction. Try getting a maternity support belt and wearing that. It will support your tummy and lift the weight /pressure off your hips and lower extremities

1 mom liked this

I am home from the hospital. :) They said everything looks great and the weather we've had here (severe monsoon season in AZ) has sent my muscles and ligaments into a panic lol. But baby looks good, Cervix is shut tight, and no issues as of now. But, rest and avoid strenuous activity.
